Emily Alben is a Baker & Earth Angel.

Emily's love of aesthetics started with years spent shooting film evoking the nostalgic and brought her to various 9-5's in the fashion and start up worlds. She eventually stepped out in front of the camera as a model, signing with Wildflowers Agency for both print and commercial work, and joining forces with brands to create authentic and inspired content.

Baking for her community and sharing these moments of indulgence also led to her true calling, one in pursuit of flavor. Almond Milkmaiden is a mindset. A labor of love for the ambrosial. Marrying both the edible and creative, she spins seasonal flavors into recipe gold. Emily now develops recipes, is the host of her own baking series “Ripened,” bakes for Pinyon Ojai, participates in pop ups, and there will be much more to come... and taste.
